donations made to Janmanav Kalyan Foundation (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Donation Refunds
1.1. All donations made to the Janmanav Kalyan Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
1.2. In the event of an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
2. Event Ticket Refunds
2.1. If you have purchased tickets to an event organized by Janmanav Kalyan Foundation and are unable to attend, refunds may be available subject to the terms and conditions specified for that event.
2.2. Refund requests for event tickets must be submitted in writing to Janmanav Kalyan Foundation at least 3 days prior to the event date. Refunds requested after this deadline may not be honored.
2.3. Event ticket refunds are subject to a processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Merchandise Refunds
3.1. If you have purchased merchandise from Janmanav Kalyan Foundation and are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the merchandise to discuss your concerns.
3.2. Merchandise refunds may be available for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described on our website.
3.3. To be eligible for a merchandise refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
